泌尿系统疾病诊断中应用尿液沉渣隐血检验及尿液分析仪的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨尿液沉渣隐血检验及尿液分析仪在泌尿系统疾病诊断中的应用价值,以期为临床早期明确诊断、制订治疗方案提供参考依据。方法选取我院2020年6月至2022年6月就诊的260例泌尿系统疾病患者作为研究对象,入院后均行尿液沉渣隐血检验及尿液分析仪检测,以干化学试带法检验结果为“金标准”,比较尿液沉渣隐血检验、尿液分析仪检测单独、联合检查对红细胞、白细胞阳性诊断结果、诊断效能,并比较其对于不同类型泌尿系统疾病的检出率。结果与尿液沉渣隐血检验、尿液分析仪单独诊断比较,联合诊断对于红细胞阳性诊断灵敏度96.20%、准确度95.38%较高,漏诊率3.80%较低(P<0.05);与尿液沉渣隐血检验、尿液分析仪单独诊断比较,联合诊断对于白细胞阳性诊断灵敏度95.06%、准确度95.38%较高,漏诊率4.94%较低(P<0.05);且联合诊断对肾小球病、肾结石、急性肾炎综合征、肾肿瘤检出率高于尿液沉渣隐血检验、尿液分析仪单独诊断(P<0.05)。结论尿液沉渣隐血检验、尿液分析仪联合应用可有效提高泌尿系统疾病诊断效能,为临床早期诊断、鉴别疾病类型提供参考,以针对性制订治疗方案,改善预后。Objective To explore the application value of urine sediment occult blood test and urine analyzer in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases,in order to provide reference for early clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Two hundred and sixty patients with urinary system diseases who were admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.After admission,urine sediment occult blood test and urine analyzer were performed.Dry chemical strip test results were used as the"gold standard".The positive results and diagnostic efficacy of urine sludge occult blood test,urine analyzer test for red blood cells and white blood cells were compared,and the detection rate of different types of urinary system diseases was compared.Results Compared with urine crypto-blood test and urine analyzer alone,the sensitivity and accuracy of combined diagnosis for positive red blood cells were 96.20%higher,95.38%higher,and the missed diagnosis rate was 3.80%lower(P<0.05).Compared with urine sludge occult blood test and urine analyzer alone,the sensitivity and accuracy of combined diagnosis were higher at 95.06%,95.38%,and the missed diagnosis rate was lower at 4.94%(P<0.05).The detection rate of combined diagnosis for glomerular disease,kidney stone,acute nephritis syndrome and renal tumor was higher than that of urine sludge occult blood test and urine analyzer alone(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined application of urine sedimentation occult blood test and urine analyzer can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency of urinary system diseases,and provide references for early clinical diagnosis and differentiation of disease types,so as to formulate targeted treatment and improve prognosis.
