研究益母草颗粒联合黄体酮在治疗药物流产后宫腔残留物的效果

摘　　要：目的观察对药物流产后宫腔残留物患者应用益母草颗粒联合黄体酮的效果。方法收集2021年7月至2023年7月符合纳入标准的药物流产后宫腔残留物患者62例,依据抽签法分成对照组30例和观察组32例。其中对照组应用常规治疗方法,观察组在此基础上应用益母草颗粒联合治疗。比较两组治疗前后临床症状评分、机体微循环、子宫动脉血流动力学参数、子宫情况、临床有效率的差异。结果两组治疗前临床症状评分、机体微循环、子宫动脉血流动力学参数、子宫情况无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后临床症状评分较治疗前更低,且观察组治疗后临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后机体微循环、子宫动脉血流动力学参数、子宫情况较对治疗前更优,且观察组治疗后机体微循环、子宫动脉血流动力学参数、子宫情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论益母草颗粒联合黄体酮能够减轻药物流产后宫腔残留物患者临床症状,改善机体微循环及子宫动脉血流动力学参数,提高临床效果。Objective To observe the effect of motherwort granule combined with progesterone on patients with uterine cavity residue after medical abortion.Methods A total of 62 patients with uterine residue after medical abortion who met the inclusion criteria from July 2021 to July 2023 were collected and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(32 cases)according to lottery method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with motherwort granule combined on this basis.The differences of clinical symptom score,body microcirculation,mechanical parameters of uterine arterial blood flow,uterine condition and clinical effective rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical significance in clinical symptom score,microcirculation,hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery and uterine condition between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The clinical symptom score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the clinical symptom score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the body microcirculation,hemodynamics parameters of uterine artery and uterine condition of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the body microcirculation,hemodynamics parameters of uterine artery and uterine condition of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Leonurus granule combined with progesterone can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with residual uterine cavity after medical abortion,improve the body microcirculation and hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery,and improve the clinical effect.
