舒适护理在混合痔外剥内扎术患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析混合痔外剥内扎术护理中,对患者施加舒适护理的效果。方法以2022年1月1日至2022年12月31日前来就医治疗的82例混合痔外剥内扎术患者为研究对象,按照患者资料信息中记录的护理方法,将患者分为观察、对照两组。观察组(n=41)的护理方法是舒适护理,对照组(n=41)的护理方法是常规护理,以疼痛(VAS)、睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、焦虑(SAS)与抑郁(SDS)评分,康复时间,并发症发生率,生活质量评分及总满意率为观察指标,对比两组的护理效果。结果两组的术后1 d VAS值差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3 d、7 d时的VAS值均为低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的PSQI值差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的PSQI低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组3项康复时间指标值分别为疼痛消退时间(11.24±2.76)d、伤口愈合时间(10.25±2.14)d、住院时间(4.11±1.06)d,均小于对照组的(15.14±3.75)d、(13.22±2.89)d、(5.24±1.09)d(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意率为97.56%高于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理下,患者的术后疼痛、不良心理状态、并发症情况,以及睡眠质量、生活质量均得到了有效的改善,且康复时间更短,满意度更高,因此,舒适护理在混合痔外剥内扎术患者护理中的应用效果较好。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of comfortable care for patients in mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Taking 82 patients from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022 according to the nursing method recorded in the patient data,the patients were divided into observation and control groups,the observation group(n=41)received comfortable care,the control group(n=41)received routine care,and the pain score(VAS),sleep quality index(PSQI),anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS),score,rehabilitation time,complication rate,quality of life score and total satisfaction rate compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in 1 d VAS values between the two groups(P>0.05);The VAS values at 3 d and 7 d in the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the nursing care,there was no significant difference in PSQI values between the two groups(P>0.05).After the care,the PSQI in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the nursing care,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the care,the SAS and SDS scores were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The values of the three recovery time indicators in the observation group were time of pain resolution(11.24±2.76)d,time of wound healing(10.25±2.14)d,length of hospital stay(4.11±1.06)d,all were less than(15.14±3.75)d,(13.22±2.89)d,(5.24±1.09)d of the control group(P<0.05).Complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the nursing care,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the care,the quality of life score was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the observed group was 97.56%,higher than the 80.49%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Under comfortable nursing,the postoperative pain,bad psychological state,complications,sleep quality and quality of life have been effectively i
