标记鼓励法护理对门诊小儿推拿患儿心理应激及依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨标记鼓励法护理对门诊小儿推拿患儿的心理应激及依从性的影响。方法选取于2021年6月至2023年6月在我院门诊接受推拿治疗的50例患儿,并用随机数字表法分为对照组(25例,常规心理护理措施)、试验组(25例,标记鼓励法护理),比较两组护理干预前后患儿心理应激反应、依从性、家属满意度。结果护理干预后,试验组的儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)、状态焦虑量表(S-AI)、儿童焦虑筛查表(SCARED)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患儿的推拿依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患儿家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标记鼓励法对于小儿推拿患儿心理应激和依从性有较为良好的影响,可应用于门诊小儿推拿护理中。Objective To explore the effect of mark encouragement nursing on psychological stress and compliance of pediatric massage patients in outpatient department.Methods Fifty children who received massage therapy in our outpatient department from June,2021 to June,2023 were selected and divided into control group(25 cases,routine psychological nursing measures)and experimental group(25 cases,marked encouragement nursing method)by digital random method.The psychological stress response,compliance and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of child Depression Disorder Self-rating Scale(DSRSC),State anxiety Scale(S-AI)and child anxiety Screening scale(SCARED)in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The massage compliance of the experimental group higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of family members in experimental group which was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mark encouragement method has a good effect on psychological stress and compliance of pediatric massage patients,and can be applied in outpatient pediatric massage care.
