综合护理对肝癌介入灌注术中心理状态、应激反应及导管固定合格率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理在肝癌介入灌注术中的应用效果。方法选取我院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的96例肝癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各48例,对照组行传统护理,观察组行综合护理干预,对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果观察组患者干预后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后血浆皮质醇(COR)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)指标均低于对照组,且超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者导管固定合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者导管固定不合格率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在肝癌介入灌注术中的应用可改善患者的心理状态、调节神经内分泌系统、提高导管固定的成功率。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in interventional perfusion of liver cancer.Methods Ninety-six patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,the control group received traditional nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention,and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,plasma cortisol(COR)and norepinephrine(NE)indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group,and superoxide dismutase(SOD)was higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of catheterfixation in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The unqualified rate of catheterfixation in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing in interventional perfusion of liver cancer can improve the psychological state of patients,regulate the neuroendocrine system,and increase the success rate of catheterfixation.
