摘  要:白藜芦醇是具有抗炎、抗氧化应激等多种生物活性的多酚类植物提取物。血管内皮细胞(VEC)是维持正常血管通透性、参与血管舒缩调节和物质交换的主要场所,VEC损伤在心血管疾病、慢性炎症、脓毒症等多种疾病或病理过程中发挥关键作用。研究表明,白藜芦醇通过调节一氧化氮(NO)及其相关酶、减轻氧化应激、抑制细胞凋亡等作用保护VEC,减轻内皮损伤,从而发挥良好的作用。Resveratrol is a polyphenolic plant extract with many biological activities such as anti-inflammation and anti-oxidative stress.Vascular endothelial cell(VEC)is the main sites for maintaining normal vascular permeability and participating in vasomotor regulation and substance exchange.VEC injury plays a key role in various diseases or pathological processes such as cardiovascular disease,chronic inflammation and sepsis.Studies have shown that resveratrol protects VEC and reduces endothelial damage by regulating nitric oxide(NO)and its related enzymes,reducing oxidative stress and inhibiting apoptosis,thereby exerting beneficial effects.
