摘  要:激励性薪酬体系是高校师资队伍建设的核心内容之一,目前民办高校在这方面仍存在一些不足,如薪酬理念陈旧、薪酬结构单一、薪酬福利不健全等,严重制约了教师工作积极性的发挥,不利于学校整体竞争力的提升。结合各民办高校现状,采取针对性的完善措施,优化其激励性薪酬体系,是高校管理人员需要关注的重点问题。Implementing an incentive-based salary system is among the key components in enhancing the quality of college educators.Unfortunately,private colleges and universities currently exhibit certain shortcomings in this area,such as outdated remuneration ideas,singularity of salary structures,and incomplete compensation and benefits packages.These deficiencies severely dampen the motivation of educators and hinder the enhancement of the schools’overall competitiveness.Given the existing circumstances in private higher education institutions,adopting targeted strategies to refine their incentive salary systems emerges as a critical concern for university administrators.
