摘  要:目的建立碳酸根淋洗液体系-离子色谱法同时测定生活饮用水中二氯乙酸(DCAA)和三氯乙酸(TCAA)。方法水样经0.22μm水相微孔滤膜前处理,以4.0 mmol/L碳酸钠溶液为淋洗液,AS23型阴离子分析柱分离,等梯度洗脱,电导检测器检测。结果DCAA和TCAA线性方程分别为y=1.495x+0.001(r=0.998)和y=1.112x-0.007(r=0.998);相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.57%~7.17%,回收率为98.7%~99.6%,检出限分别为0.00020 mg/L和0.00050 mg/L,定量限分别为0.00080 mg/L和0.0020 mg/L。结论该方法样品前处理简单,操作简便,适用生活饮用水中DCAA和TCAA的检测。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of dichloroacetic acid(DCAA)and trichloroacetic acid(TCAA)in drinking water by carbonate system ion chromatography.Methods The water samples were pretreated with 0.22μm aqueous microporous filtration membrane.The separation was carried out on an AS23 anion analyzer column with 4.0 mmol/L sodium carbonate solution as eluent and isogradient elution.Using a conductivity detector for detection.Results The linear equations of DCAA and TCAA were y=1.495x+0.001(r=0.998)and y=1.112x-0.007(r=0.998),respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD)were 0.57%-7.17%.The recovery rates were 98.7%-99.6%.The detection limits were 0.00020 mg/L and 0.00050 mg/L,and the quantification limits were 0.00080 mg/L and 0.0020 mg/L,respectively.Conclusion The method is easy to operate and the sample pre-treatment is simple.It is suitable for the detection of DCAA and TCAA in drinking water.
