摘　　要：目的:研讨临床治疗中使用加强护理使用于长期住院精神病合并糖尿病患者中的临床护理效果.方法:随机选取我院2022年8月-2023年9月接诊100例长期住院精神病合并糖尿病患者,使用随机数字表法分为实验组及对照组,每组各50人,对照组使用常规的护理干预,实验组使用加强护理干预,对比两组患者护理后生活质量和空腹血糖水平.结果:实验组患者护理后生活质量评分、护理满意度显著优于对照组,空腹血糖水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:加强护理应用于长期住院精神病合并糖尿病患者,对提高患者生活质量以及血糖控制有极大帮助,值得临床广泛推广.ObjectiveTo examine the clinical effectiveness of the use of enhanced nursing care in the clinical management of long-stay psychiatric patients with comorbid diabetes mellitus.Methods We randomly selected 1o0 cases of long-term inpatient psychiatric patients with diabetes mellitus from August 2022 to September 2023,and divided them into the experimental group and the control group by using the random number table method,with 50 people in each group.The control group used conventional nursing interventions,and the experimental group used enhanced nursing interventions,and compared the quality of life and fasting blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients after nursing care.Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator(free version)Results The quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the control group patients after care were significantly lower than those of the experimental group,and the fasting blood glucose level was higher than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced nursing care applied to long-stay psychiatric patients with diabetes mellitus is of great help in improving patients'quality of life as well as glycaemic control,and deserves to be widely promoted in clinical practice.
