摘 要:目的对2023年南通市预防接种沟通和服务能力培训班学员进行满意度调查和培训效果评估,了解存在问题和发展需求,为今后继续开展预防接种相关培训提供参考依据。方法以参加2023年南通市预防接种沟通和服务能力培训班学员为调查对象,通过问卷收集学员的基本情况、课程满意度、培训管理满意度、培训条件满意度和培训前后4项核心能力提升情况、理论考试成绩等,进行培训满意度评价与效果评估。结果学员对培训的总体满意度得分为(4.750±0.435)分,拓展课程满意度得分为(4.821±0.396)分,高于理论课程满意度得分(4.759±0.398)分,培训条件满意度得分最低,为(4.360±0.780)分。参训学员理论考试成绩为(96.136±5.900)分;培训前后的4项核心能力得分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),其中业务能力得分提升最多,增加1.241分。结论2023年南通市预防接种人员沟通和服务能力培训班的总体满意度和培训效果良好,对提升基层预防接种人员工作能力发挥了重要作用,但培训条件满意度低,建议适度增加培训经费,改善食宿条件,更新教学设备,提高学员参与培训的积极性。Objective To perform the satisfaction survey and training effectiveness evaluation among trainees in the 2023 training course on communication and service skills for vaccination prevention in Nantong City,understand the problems and needs of the trainees,and provide reference for the future carrying out the training of vaccination.Methods The students who participated in the 2023 training course on communication and service skills for vaccination prevention in Nantong City were selected as the survey object.The basic information of the trainees,their satisfaction with the course,the management,and the condition,trainees'ability improvement before and after the training,score results of the theoretical test were all collected to evaluate the overall satisfaction and effectiveness of the training.Results The overall satisfaction score of trainees towards training was(4.750±0.435)points.The practical teaching satisfaction score was(4.821±0.396)points,which was higher than the theoretical teaching satisfaction score[(4.759±0.398)points].The teaching condition satisfaction score was the lowest,with(4.360±0.780)points.The score of the theoretical test among trainees was(96.136±5.900)points.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of four core competencies between before and after the training(all P<0.05),among which the professional ability score increased by the largest margin,with 1.241 points.Conclusion The Nantong vaccinate communication ability and service capacity training in 2023 has a good effect and overall satisfaction,which plays an important role in improving the vaccination service ability of professional and technical personnel in township-level vaccination clinics.But the teaching condition satisfaction score has the lowest points.It is recommended that the investment in training funds should be further strengthened,accommodation condition should be improved and teaching equipment should be upgraded to improve enthusiasm of the trainees.
