摘 要:采用高温固相法和快速热压工艺在PbSe的Pb位掺入Cr以调节载流子有效质量、在Se位掺入Te以调节载流子浓度,协同优化载流子迁移率以提高基体材料的热电优值ZT。最终获得的Pb_(0.97)Cr_(0.03)Se_(0.94)Te_(0.06)热电材料在673K时ZT为0.44,是未掺杂样品PbSe的4.89倍。In this work,Cr was added to the Pb site of PbSe to regulate the effective mass of charge carriers,and Te was added to the Se site to adjust the concentration of charge carriers by using high-temperature solid-phase method and rapid hot pressing process.Thus,the carrier mobility of the host material was synergistically optimized,and the final obtained Pb_(0.97)Cr_(0.03)Se_(0.94)Te_(0.06)thermoelectric material had a ZT of 0.44 at 673K,which was 4.89 times that of the undoped sample PbSe.
