摘　　要：PARTICIPATORY PROGRESS Sanlian Lifeweek 8 July Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,foreign-invested firms,which account for less than 3 percent of enterprises in China,have contributed one-tenth of urban employment,one-fifth of tax revenue,onefourth of industrial output,and nearly a half of total imports and exports.
