摘 要:向日葵作为一种常见的油料作物,是重要的脂肪和蛋白质来源,在食用以及药理方面应用较为广泛。向日葵的化学成分包括黄酮类、萜类以及绿原酸等,具有多种生物活性,如抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗炎杀菌和增强免疫力等。随着向日葵的产量增加,其副产物的产量也增加,主要包括葵花榨油过程中形成的饼粕、籽壳和去除葵花籽后的花盘等。加工精制后的向日葵副产物营养价值高,可以提高动物生产性能,增强机体免疫力,提升养殖动物的经济效益。文章综述了向日葵副产物的主要活性成分和生物学功能,总结了其在不同种类动物生产中的应用,为向日葵在动物生产中的进一步开发利用提供参考。Sunflowers,as a common oil crop,are an important source of fats and proteins and are widely used in both food and pharmacological applications.The chemical components of sunflowers include flavonoids,terpenes,chlorogenic acid,and others,which possess various bioactivities such as antioxidant,antitumor,hypoglycemic,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and immune-boosting properties.With the increase in sunflower production,the yield of by-products also increases,mainly including the meal,seed shells,and flower discs formed during the oil extraction process of sunflower seeds.The refined sunflower by-products have high nutritional value,which can improve animal yield,enhance the body's immunity,and increase the economic value of the livestock.The article reviews the main bioactivities and biological functions of sunflower by-products and summarizes their application in different types of animal production,providing a reference for the further development and utilization of sunflowers.
