农业强国视域下中国畜牧业循环发展路径探究

摘　　要：推进畜牧业循环发展有助于农村经济健康发展,赋能农业强国目标的顺利实现。农业强国视域下,加速畜牧业循环发展能够促进农业产业转型升级,助推畜禽粪污染资源化利用,完善动物疫病防控机制,推动畜牧业生态化、规模化发展,打破畜牧业发展瓶颈,持续提升畜牧业产值。在此过程中,可持续发展、绿色转型、制度建设、创新开放是推进畜牧业循环发展所遵循的目标价值,能够提高畜牧业在开放中的竞争优势,赋能农业强国建设。文章基于农业强国视角,提出建立健全种养循环可持续发展机制、做大做强特色畜牧业、创设畜牧业绿色健康发展环境、构建现代化畜牧养殖体系的畜牧业循环发展路径,为实现畜牧强国建设目标、助力乡村振兴提供参考。Promoting the circular development of the livestock industry contributes to the healthy economic development of rural areas and enables the smooth realization of the goal of becoming an agricultural powerhouse.From the perspective of becoming an agricultural powerhouse,accelerating the circular development of the livestock industry can promote the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry,facilitate the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure pollution,improve the prevention and control mechanisms for animal diseases,promote the ecological and large-scale development of the livestock industry,break through the bottlenecks in the development of the livestock industry,and continuously enhance the output value of the livestock industry.In this process,sustainable development,green transformation,institutional construction,and innovation and openness are the target values that the circular development of the livestock industry follows,which can enhance the competitive advantage of the livestock industry in an open environment and empower the construction of an agricultural powerhouse.Based on the perspective of an agricultural powerhouse,this article proposes a circular development path for the livestock industry that includes establishing a sound breeding and cultivation sustainable development mechanism,strengthening and enlarging the characteristic livestock industry,creating a green and healthy development environment for the livestock industry,and constructing a modern livestock breeding system.These measures provide references for achieving the goal of building a livestock powerhouse and assisting in the revitalization of rural areas.
