摘 要:现代燃气轮机燃烧室多采用多喷嘴贫预混燃烧技术来降低排放,合适的几何模化方法可以降低试验成本,并使试验结果与原型相似。为了研究适用于多喷嘴燃烧室的几何模化方法,对比了基准型和0.71缩比的多喷嘴燃烧室在等达姆科勒数EDa、等速度EV和等雷诺数ERe准则下非反应流场和火焰结构的相似性。本文采用了粒子图像测速(PIV)实验和数值计算方法获得多喷嘴燃烧室的流场结构,并采用CH基化学发光法测量其火焰结构。结果表明:在反应态和非反应态流场的模化方面,ERe准则的相似度最高,与中心喷嘴回流区和内外射流干涉区相比,ERe准则对外侧喷嘴回流区的模化结果相似度更高;随着流场向下游发展,非反应态模化结果与基准型更加相似,但反应态则正相反,上游的流场相似度更高;在火焰结构模化方面,EDa准则对内外射流干涉区的火焰长度的模化最准确,而EV准则对火焰热释放率核心位置的模化最准确。Modern gas turbine combustor adopts lean premixed multi-nozzle combustion technology to reduce emission.Appropriate geometric modeling method can reduce the cost of the test and make the test results similar to the prototype.In order to study the geometric modeling method for multi-nozzle combustor,the similarities of the non-reactive flow field and flame structures of the benchmark multi-nozzle combustor and a scale model combustor with scaling factor of 0.71 are compared under the criteria of equal Damkohler number EDa,equal velocity EV and equal Reynolds number ERe.In this paper,particle image velocimetry(PIV)test and numerical calculation method are used to obtain the flow field structure of multi-nozzle combustor,and CH-based chemiluminescence method is used to measure the flame structure.The results show that the similarity level of ERe criterion in the modeling of both the non-reactive and reactive flow field is the best;compared to the intermediate nozzle recirculation zone and inner and outer jet interference zone,the modeling result of ERe criterion for the outer nozzle recirculation zone has the best similarity level;as the flow field develops downstream,the modeling results of non-reactive state are more similar to the benchmark model,while the conclusion is opposite for reactive state,which has a higher similarity in upstream flow field;in terms of flame structure modeling,the EDa criterion is the most similar to modeling of the flame length at inner and outer jet interference zone,while the EV criterion is the most similar to modeling of the core position of flame heat release rate.
