摘 要:为提高火电机组的热经济性,对某1000 MW火电机组进行汽轮机微增出力试验和循环水泵耗功试验,得到机组微增出力和背压的拟合公式及循环水泵耗功与变频泵频率的拟合公式,并建立循环水泵优化运行的数学模型。经过分析可知,循环水泵频率共有5种变化情况,利用该机组某段时间的运行数据,模拟了3种典型情况下循环水泵的运行变化。结果表明:当增大变频泵频率、机组净收益功率为正时,继续增大频率,机组净收益功率不断增大,直至变频泵频率达到50 Hz;当增大变频泵频率、机组净输出功率为负时,减小频率可令机组净收益功率为正,继续减小频率机组净收益功率不断增大,在频率减小至44 Hz时机组净收益功率达到最大值;当增大或减小变频泵频率、机组净收益功率均为负时,此时原变频泵运行频率即为最佳运行频率。To enhance the thermal efficiency of a 1000 MW thermal power unit,turbine micro-boost power tests and circulating water pump power consumption tests were conducted,the fitting formulae were derived for the micro-boost power and back pressure of the unit,as well as for the power consumption of the circulating water pump and the frequency of the frequency conversion pump.Additionally,a mathematical model was developed for optimizing the operation of the circulating water pump.Analysis revealed five kinds of changes for the frequency of the circulating water pump.Utilizing operational data of the unit from a specific period,simulations were conducted for three typical scenarios of the circulating water pump′s operation.The results indicate that when increasing the frequency of the frequency conversion pump leads to positive net profit power for the unit,further increasing the frequency continuously en hances the net profit power until the frequency reaches 50 Hz;conversely,when increasing the frequency of the frequency conversion pump results in negative net output power for the unit,reducing the frequency initially leads to positive net profit power,and further reduction continues to increase the net profit power.At a frequency of 44 Hz,the net profit power of the unit reaches its maximum value;in cases where increasing or decreasing the frequency of the frequency conversion pump results in negative net profit power for the unit,the original operating frequency of the frequency conversion pump represents the optimal operating frequency.
