摘 要:膜片联轴器工作时受扭矩、离心载荷、轴向不对中及角向不对中等多种载荷耦合作用,考虑膜片联轴器结构非线性和摩擦接触情况,建立了多种载荷耦合下非线性膜片联轴器整体仿真模型,分析了多种载荷作用下膜片联轴器的变形和应力特征,获得了膜片间摩擦系数以及膜片与垫片间摩擦系数对膜片应力特征的影响规律。结果表明:多种载荷耦合作用下外侧膜片最易发生破坏;增大膜片与垫片间摩擦系数可降低综合不对中情况下外侧膜片最大等效应力,膜片间摩擦系数对膜片最大等效应力影响较小。The diaphragm coupling was affected by various load couplings such as torque,centrifugal load,axial misalignment and angular misalignment during operation,an overall simulation model of the nonlinear diaphragm coupling was established,considering structural nonlinearity and frictional contact.The deformation and stress characteristics of the diaphragm coupling under the compound load were analyzed.The influence of the friction coefficient between the diaphragms and the friction coefficient between the diaphragm and the gasket on the stress characteristics of the diaphragm was obtained.The results show that the outer diaphragm is most likely to be damaged under the action of compound load.Increasing the friction coefficient between the diaphragm and the gasket can reduce the maximum equivalent stress of the outer diaphragm under comprehensive misalignment.The friction coefficient between the diaphragms has little effect on the maximum equivalent stress of the diaphragm.
