摘　　要：新生代农民工是乡村振兴的重要经济主体,吸引新生代农民工返乡创业,保障新生代农民工创业成功是一个值得研究的问题。基于河南省新生代农民工返乡创业的现状,分析新生代农民工创业过程中遇到的困境,基于困境提出对策建议,以期更好推进乡村振兴战略实施和精准扶贫政策的有效衔接。New generation of migrant workers is a crucial economic subject in rural revitalization.Attracting them to return home and start businesses,ensuring the success of the new generation of migrant workers is a topic worthy of research.Based on the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers in Henan Province,this paper analyzes the difficulties encountered by the new generation of migrant workers in the process of entrepreneurship,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the difficulties aimed at promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategies and the seamless integration and practical execution of targeted poverty alleviation policies.
