摘  要:为研究高支模在超高楼板项目施工中的适用性及应用效果,以某厂房项目为例进行分析,该厂房屏蔽机房顶板厚度为2 m,高度为8.4 m,部分跨度达18 m,属于超高超厚楼板,施工难度大,对支撑体系稳定性要求高。为保证施工质量,经多方研究确定顶板采用分层浇筑施工,首层浇筑厚度为1.2 m,第二层浇筑厚度为0.8 m,采用高支模碗扣式脚手架支撑体系进行施工,为验证支撑体系的稳定性,从面板、小梁、主梁、立杆4个方面对其进行验算。结果显示,支撑体系的面板、小梁、主梁、立杆等在强度和挠度等方面均满足要求,说明该高支模在超高超厚楼板项目中应用效果良好。In order to study the applicability and application effect of high support molds in the construction of super high floor projects,the study takes a workshop project as an example.The roof thickness of the shielded equipment room of the workshop is 2 m,and the height is 8.4 m,and some spans are up to 18 m.It is an ultra-thick floor,and the construction is difficult,which requires the stability of the support system.In order to ensure the construction quality,it is determined that the roof adopts layered pouring construction,the thickness of the first layer is 1.2 m,and the thickness of the second layer is 0.8 m.At the same time,in order to verify the stability of the support system,the stability of the support system was checked from the four aspects of the panel,trabecula,main beam and vertical pole.The results showed that the panel,trabecula,main beam and vertical pole of the support system met the requirements in terms of strength and deflection,indicating that the high support mold had good application effect in the ultra-high thick floor project.
