摘 要:为解决市政工程排污主干管道塌陷损害问题,在不开挖地面的条件下对管道进行检测和修复,利用声波检测方法检测塌陷情况,评估管道结构状况及使用性能,计算管道实壁内衬,获取内衬厚度与材料用量,将紫外光固化内衬材料铺设在管道内壁上,实施紫外光固化内衬修复,并对管道非开挖修复端口进行密封。结果表明,应用此修复技术后,排污主干管道强度得到了显著提升,可以更好地恢复管道结构的完整性,使其能够承受正常的工作压力及其他外部因素的作用。In order to solve the problem of collapse damage of the main sewage pipeline of municipal engineering,the study tests and repairs the pipeline without excavation of the ground,detects the collapse with sonic detection method,evaluates the structural condition and service performance of the pipeline,calculates the solid wall lining of the pipeline,obtains the lining thickness and material amount,and lays the UV-curable lining material on the inner wall of the pipeline.The UV-curable lining is repaired,and the trenchless repair port of the pipeline is sealed.The results show that,after the application of this repair technology,the strength of the sewage trunk pipeline has been significantly improved,and the integrity of the pipeline structure can be better restored,so that it can withstand normal working pressure and other external factors.
