摘  要:用标准鉴定试棒(QTC)试块,研究了回火温度、回火保温时间、回火升温速率对ZG25CrNiMo钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:回火温度对冷却后的组织性能有较大影响,随着回火温度的升高,试样硬度、强度降低,冲击功平均值升高,而延伸率、断面收缩率先升高,在680℃时达到最大,然后降低;同一回火温度下,随着回火保温时间的增加,试样硬度、强度降低,冲击功平均值和延伸率升高,断面收缩率在保温8h时最高,10h时会略下降。控制回火升温速率,缓慢升温,试样硬度、屈服、抗拉强度略有降低,而延伸率略有升高,断面收缩率明显增加。The effects of tempering temperature,tempering holding time and tempering heating rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZG25CrNiMo steel were studied by using the standard qualification test coupon(QTC).The results show that the tempering temperature has great effect on microstructure and mechanical properties of the samples that have been cooled to room temperature.With the increasing of tempering temperature,the hardness and strength of the sample decrease,but the impact toughness increases,the elongation and surface shrinkage of steel gets highest value when tempering temperature is 680 C and then decreases.At the same tempering temperature,with increasing of the tempering holding time,the hardness and strength of the sample decrease,while the impact toughness and elongation rate increase,the reduction of area gets highest value when holding time is 8 h,then decreases slightly when holding time is 10 h.The hardness,yield and tensile strength of the samples decrease slightly,while the elongation increases slightly and the reduction of area increases obviously with slow increase of tempering temperature.
