摘 要:莱分炼钢厂有2座转炉2台连铸机,1号连铸机经改造后,连铸浇注周期与转炉冶炼周期不匹配,原有一炉对一机固定排产模式无法适应现场需求。通过优化工艺约束条件、确立炉机产能匹配规则、制定炉机柔性匹配规则等措施,解决了炉机非匹配状态下炼钢计划的自动排程问题,提高了排产效率和计划准确率,提升了炼钢智能制造水平。There are two converters and two continuous casting machines in the plant.After the renovation of No.1 continuous casting machine,the casting cycle of the continuous casting does not match the smelting cycle of the converter,and the original fixed production scheduling mode of one furnace for one machine cannot meet the on-site needs.By optimizing process constraints,establishing matching rules for furnace machine production capacity,and developing flexible matching rules for furnace machines,the automatic scheduling problem of steel-making plans in non matching furnace machine states has been solved,the production efficiency and planning accuracy is improved,and the level of intelligent steel-making manufacturing is enhanced.
