摘  要:铁路快捷物流作业区是铁路快捷物流发展及货运场站业态升级转型的重要作业场所,目前铁路快捷物流作业区能力优化研究仍处空白,难以支撑铁路快捷物流作业区提质增效。以识别作业区作业能力限制瓶颈、提出优化配置建议为目标,以典型铁路快捷物流作业区“两台两线”布置形式为仿真场景,装卸作业业务流程为仿真逻辑,构建基于多智能体的仿真模型。通过仿真试验,得出在日作业120车时,叉车利用能力饱和及仓库利用率不足的问题,提出补强叉车配置及加强对仓储资源经营的发展建议;面向叉车能力这一限制因素,进行运量提升情境下的仿真试验,归纳不同运量下叉车配置数量规律,提出配置建议。研究成果可以为提升铁路快捷物流作业区场站作业能力,支撑场站设施升级转型提供参考。Railway express logistics area is an important operation site for the development of railway express logistics as well as the upgrading and transformation of freight stations.There is still a research gap on the operation capacity of railway express logistics area,which hardly supports the improvement of express logistics area in quality and efficiency.A simulation model was constructed based on multi-agent,aiming to identify the capacity limit and propose optimization suggestions.The typical layout of the railway express logistics area was taken as the simulation scene.The business process of loading and unloading operation was adopted as the simulation logic.According to the simulation test,the daily operation of 120 cars comes with saturated capacity of forklift trucks and insufficient utilization of the warehouse.Development suggestions were put forward to strengthen the configuration of forklift trucks and the operation of warehousing resources.To solve the problem of limited capacity of forklift trucks,this paper further carried out the simulation test under the situation of capacity enhancement.The laws of forklift configuration quantity under different capacity were summarized and the configuration suggestions were come up with.The results provide a reference for enhancing the operation capacity of stations in the railway express logistics area and supporting the upgrading and transformation of station facilities.
