摘  要:简要概括了激光熔覆技术原理,并系统介绍了激光熔覆纯陶瓷涂层、金属陶瓷复合涂层、生物陶瓷涂层、纳米陶瓷涂层、前驱体转化陶瓷涂层的研究现状及存在问题。总结了激光熔覆工艺参数与辅助处理对陶瓷涂层内部组织成分及宏观形貌、性能的影响,并对激光熔覆金属基陶瓷涂层提出改进措施与展望。The principle of laser cladding technology was briefly summarized,and the research status as well as exist⁃ing problems of laser cladding pure ceramic coating,cermet composite coating,bioceramic coating,nano-ceramic coat⁃ing and precursor conversion ceramic coating were systematically described.In addition,effects of laser cladding pro⁃cess parameters and auxiliary treatment on composition,macro morphology and properties of ceramic coatings were reviewed,and the improvement measures and prospects of laser cladding cermet coating were put forward.
