摘  要:选择3种温拌剂WSG-H02、Sasobit和Evotherm3g,利用重量法和气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)研究了温拌剂对沥青烟的抑烟性能以及不同温拌沥青与热拌沥青(HMA)相对比的减排效果以及沥青烟组分的差异性。结果表明:3种温拌沥青的沥青烟减排率由高到低依次为WSG-H02、Sasobit、Evotherm3g,且主要降低沥青挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)成分中的脂肪烃和芳香烃;WSG-H02温拌剂在节能减排方面具有双重作用,不仅可以作为降黏改性剂以降低施工温度、减少沥青烟排放,同时对VOCs的释放量有抑制效果,即还可作为沥青烟抑制剂以降低沥青烟的释放。Three warm mixing agents WSG-H02,Sasobit and Evotherm3g were selected to study the smoke suppression performance of warm mixing agents on asphalt smoke,and the difference of emission reduction effect and components of different warm mixed asphalt to hot mixed asphalt(HMA)by gravimetric method and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results show that the emission reduction rate of three warm mix asphalt is WSG-H02,Sasobit and Evotherm3g from high to low,and mainly reduce the aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons in the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)of asphalt.WSG-H02 warm mix agent has dual role in energy saving and emission reduction,not only as viscosity reduction modifier to reduce the construction temperature to reduce asphalt fume emissions,but also to reduce the release of VOCs,It can also be used as asphalt fume inhibitors to reduce the release of asphalt fume.
