摘  要:为探索长大桥钢桥面全寿命周期养护新技术,解决现有钢桥面铺装及正交异性板疲劳损伤的难题,开展树脂连接型超高性能混凝土RBPC铺装技术研发工作。研究结果表明:相比同条件环氧类EA铺装结构,RBPC铺装下钢板应力减少约40%,提升钢桥面结构刚度50%以上,验证此铺装结构对正交异性板具有一定刚度提升和补强效果;使用缓粘接湿粘接剂代替栓钉粘接防水抗滑层(RBChip)的新工艺,接触方式由“点”改“面”,便于后期维修养护,且全国首次在长江公路大桥铺装重置工程中成功应用。In order to explore new technologies for the full life cycle maintenance of the steel bridge deck of the Long Bridge and solve the problems of existing steel bridge deck pavement and orthogonal anisotropic plate fatigue damage,carries out the research of resin connected ultra-high performance concrete RBPC paving technology.The research results show that compared with epoxy type EA pavement structures under the same conditions,RBPC pavement reduces steel plate stress by about 40%and increases the stiffness of the steel bridge deck structure by more than 50%,verifying that this pavement structure has a certain stiffness improvement and reinforcement effect on orthotropic plates;The new process of using a slow bonding wet adhesive instead of a bolt bonding waterproof and anti-skid layer(RBChip)changes the contact method from"point"to"surface",which is convenient for later maintenance and repair.It has also been successfully applied for the first time in the pavement reset project of the Yangtze River Highway Bridge in China.
