摘  要:通过选择消解液、基体改进剂以及灰化、原子化温度,确定石墨炉原子吸收法测定工作场所空气中钒的测定条件,并用加标回收率和精密度进行验证。优化后钒的检测范围为0~100μg/L,检出限为2μg/L,最低检出浓度为0.0003 mg/m^(3),相对标准偏差为0.70%~1.14%,加标回收率为96.4%~103.9%。结果表明条件优化后的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法可快速、准确地测定工作场所空气中钒及其化合物。The determination conditions of vanadium in workplace air by graphite furnace atomic absorption method were determined by selecting digestion solution,matrix modif ier and ashing and atomization temperature,and verif ied by standard recovery and precision.After the optimization,the detection range of vanadium was 0~100μg/L,the detection limit was 2μg/L,the minimum detection concentration was 0.0003 mg/m^(3),the relative standard deviation was 0.70%~1.14%,and the recovery rate was 96.4%~103.9%.The results show that the optimized graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry can determine vanadium and its compounds in workplace air quickly and accurately.
