摘 要:宁夏宁东矿区所属各矿井已逐步进入深部开采阶段,部分矿井已不同程度出现热害问题。以羊场湾煤矿一号井13/14采区为例,对井下热害成因、冷量计算、降温方式、设备布置等方面进行分析研究,结合矿井实际生产条件,按照总体设计、分步实施的原则,确定采用井下集中降温方式、地面排热方案,在13/14采区建设制冷硐室及地面冷却系统。文章通过对该技术内容的分析和探讨,为其他矿井热害治理提供了成套技术体系方案,以此提高煤矿热害治理运行管理能力,减少煤矿事故。All the mines in Ningdong mining area of Ningxia have gradually entered the stage of deep mining,and some of the mines have appeared the problem of heat damage to varying degrees.Taking the 13/14 mining area of No.1 well of Yangchangwan coal mine as an example,the causes of underground heat damage,calculation of cooling capacity,cooling method,equipment layout and other aspects were analyzed and studied.Combined with the actual production conditions of the mine,according to the principle of overall design and step-by-step implementation,the underground centralized cooling method and ground heat removal scheme were determined to build refrigeration chamber and ground cooling system in the 13/14 mining area.Through the analysis and discussion of the technical content,this paper provides a complete set of technical system scheme for other mine thermal damage control,so as to improve the operation and management ability of coal mine thermal damage control and reduce coal mine accidents.
