大型油库消防柴拖泵组功率匹配性问题探究

摘　　要：某大型原油储备库两台消防柴拖泵自2009年投产以来一直运行不佳,存在着短时间运行后,机体温度高、涡轮增压器发红发热故障。经过现场对设备和工艺情况进行分析,找出了问题的根源,并优化工艺工况和设备适应性改造,彻底解决了柴拖泵的故障。Two f ire dragline pumps in a large crude oil storage have been running poorly since 2009,and there are problems of high body temperature and red heat of turbocharger after short operation.After analyzing the equipment and process situation on site,the root of the problem was found out,and the process condition and equipment adaptability were optimized,and the failure of the diesel trailer pump was completely solved.
