摘  要:生产氧化锌的窑炉普遍采用燃气方式提供热量,其中煤气发生炉是主要的设备之一。但是,目前已有的氧化锌窑炉在供气过程中还存在一些缺陷。如传统的供气方式通过供气管直接向窑炉内部供气,然后通过炉内的点火装置进行点火,这种供气方式易导致燃气不能在窑炉内均匀分布,影响窑炉内部的受热均匀性。为此,文章提出了一种新型的窑炉间歇供气结构,旨在解决传统供气方式存在的问题。新型窑炉间歇供气结构通过阀门驱动和布气头的创新设计,能够在窑炉内温度过高时实现间歇供气,并通过旋转结构使燃气均匀分布,提高了窑炉内部温度的均匀性。The kiln for producing zinc oxide generally uses gas to provide heat,and the gas producer is one of the main equipment.However,there are still some defects in the gas supply process of existing zinc oxide furnaces.For example,the traditional gas supply method directly supplies gas to the inside of the kiln through the gas supply pipe,and then ignites through the ignition device in the furnace,this gas supply method is easy to cause the gas can not be evenly distributed in the kiln,affecting the heating uniformity inside the kiln.Therefore,a new type of intermittent gas supply structure of kiln is proposed in this paper,aiming at solving the problems existing in the traditional gas supply mode.The new kiln intermittent gas supply structure can achieve intermittent gas supply when the temperature in the kiln is too high through the innovative design of valve drive and gas distribution head,and through the rotating structure to distribute gas evenly,improve the uniformity of the internal temperature of the kiln.
