摘 要:目的:探究林下不同栽培模式的三叶青生长和光合特性的差异规律。方法:设置一年生三叶青林下地栽和袋栽2种模式,测定不同栽培模式下三叶青藤叶生长性状和光合特性的相关指标。结果:林下袋栽三叶青的主要农艺性状要优于林下地栽。袋栽模式下三叶青主茎长是地栽的3.04倍,林下袋栽的节数是地栽的2.09倍;林下袋栽模式下叶片的SPAD值和含氮量均显著高于地栽模式;2种模式下的光合指标之间变化趋势不尽相同,袋栽模式下叶片净光合速率、瞬时水分利用率、光合有效辐和叶面温度等指标均显著高于地栽模式;各个指标相关性分析表明三叶青的净光合速率与叶面温度呈显著正相关;光合有效辐射与SPAD值、叶片氮含量呈极显著正相关,与叶面温度呈显著正相关,而与主茎长和节数呈显著负相关。结论:林下袋栽模式下三叶青的生长和光合性能显著优于林下地栽,可为三叶青人工种植模式提供参考。Objective:To investigate the differences in the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum in different cultivation modes under forest.Methods:Two modes of annual clover planting were set up,i.e.in-ground planting and bag planting,and the relevant indexes of the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of clover vine and leaves were determined under different cultivation modes.Results:The main agronomic traits of T.hemsleyanum planted in bags under the forest were better than those planted in the ground under the forest.The length of the main stem was 3.04 times longer than that of the in-ground planting,and the number of nodes was 2.09 times longer than that of the in-ground planting.The SPAD value and nitrogen content of leaves in the bag planting mode were significantly higher than that of the in-ground planting mode.The trends of photosynthetic indexes were different between the two modes,and the indexes such as the net photosynthetic rate of leaves,the instantaneous water utilization,the photosynthesized effective irradiation and the foliar temperature of leaves in the bag planting mode were significantly higher than that of the in-ground planting mode.The correlation analysis of each index showed that the net photosynthetic rate of T.hemsleyanum was significantly positively correlated with the leaf surface temperature.The photosynthetically active radiation was very significantly positively correlated with the SPAD value and the nitrogen content of leaves,significantly positively correlated with the leaf surface temperature,while significantly negatively correlated with the length of the main stem and the number of nodes.Conclusion:The growth and photosynthetic performance of T.hemsleyanum in bag planting mode under the forest was significantly better than that of in-ground planting under the forest,which could provide a reference for the planting mode of T.hemsleyanum in artificial cultivation.
