摘  要:隧道窑是耐火材料连续烧成过程中常用的炉型之一,隧道窑的自动控制水平对产品的烧成质量以及烧成成本产生至关重要的影响,隧道窑烧成带安装有多个烧嘴,在不同的制品烧成曲线下,各烧嘴温度、烧成气氛、所需要的窑内压力都有所不同。以往在变换曲线时人工干预,费时费力,还容易引起温度压力跳跃,产生不合格制品。通过对自动控制系统优化设计,将烧成曲线与推车制度关联,实现窑内压力自动控制,全窑最佳空燃比例自动调节,自动计算升温保温时长及位置,不同产品工艺烧成曲线随着推车制度在不同位置自动切换,具有自动化程度高、烧成成本低等特点,具有一定的推广应用价值。Tunnel kiln is one of the commonly used furnace types in the continuous firing process of refractory materials.The automatic control level of tunnel kiln has a crucial impact on the quality and cost of product firing.The tunnel kiln firing belt is equipped with multiple burners,and the temperature,firing atmosphere,and required pressure inside the kiln vary under different product firing curves.In the past,manual intervention during curve transformation was time-consuming and labor-intensive,and could easily cause temperature and pressure jumps,resulting in unqualified products.By optimizing the design of the automatic control system,the firing curve is associated with the cart system to achieve automatic control of kiln pressure,automatic adjustment of the optimal air fuel ratiofor the entire kiln,automatic calculation of heating and insulation time and position,and automatic switching of firing curves for different product processes at different positions with the cart system.It has high automation and low firing cost,and has certain promotion and application value.
