摘 要:全球气候变暖会引发一系列自然灾害,危及人类可持续发展。在构建合作共赢的全球气候治理体系大背景下我国积极部署推进“双碳”工作,结合高质量碳中和实践需求加强对数智技术的探究成为重要课题。该文以此为出发点概述了碳中和的基本内容与实施现状。并在剖析数智技术应用场景的基础上,分别对数智技术应用后的减排效应、增耗效应进行了分析。Global climate change can trigger a series of natural disasters,endangering sustainable human development.Against the backdrop of building a collaborative and win-win global climate governance system,China actively deploys and promotes the"dual carbon"work,and strengthens the exploration of logarithmic intelligence technology in combination with the demand for high-quality carbon neutrality practices,which has become an important issue.This article takes this as a starting point to outline the basic content and implementation status of carbon neutrality.On the basis of analyzing the application scenarios of digital intelligence technology,the emission reduction and consumption increase effects of the application of digital intelligence technology were analyzed separately.
