摘　　要：“慕课+翻转课堂”是实现线上与线下教育结合的全新混合式教学模式。该研究以四川农业大学生物化学MOOC为基础,充分利用网络和视频的线上资源,通过慕课堂和QQ学习群进行教学管理,在生物化学线下教学中开展基于MOOC的翻转课堂实践,该教学模式能更好地发挥学生的自主学习能力,且对培养学生的综合能力和促进教师教学能力提高有积极的促进作用。"MOOCs+Flipped classroom"is a new blended teaching mode to realize the combination of online and offline education.This study is based on Sichuan Agricultural University's Biochemistry MOOC and makes full use of the online resources.Through MOOCs and QQ learning groups,teaching management is carried out,and MOOC based flipped classroom practice is carried out in offline teaching of Biochemistry,students'autonomous learning ability can be improved,and it has a positive promoting effect on cultivating students'comprehensive abilities and promoting the improvement of teachers'teaching abilities.
