摘  要:针对德泉煤矿1^(-2)煤层房柱采空区存在遗煤自燃的风险,为了降低火区对下煤层工作面回采影响,提出堵漏风、注浆灭火和边界封堵综合治理方案,注浆灭火效果明显。研究结果表明:根据采空区高温区域情况,布置的灭火注浆钻孔和注浆封堵钻孔合理,能有效地抑制火区的发育;现场钻孔窥视实测发现高浓度泥浆能够堆积到巷道顶板附近,表明黄泥灌浆的流动性好,覆盖范围广;基于管道风机和预埋束管的方法,对火区及周边采空区内的真实气体进行了气体监测和温度监测,气体温度、CO浓度数值及其稳定时间均满足火灾熄灭要求,表明现场取得了良好的灭火和堵漏风效果。Aiming at the risk of existing residual coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the 1^(-2)coal seam of Dequan Coal Mine,in order to reduce the impact of the fire area on the working face stoping of the lower coal seam,a comprehensive treatment plan of air blocking,grouting fire extinguishing,and boundary sealing is proposed,and the grouting fire extinguishing effect is obvious.The research results indicate that the arranged fire extinguishing grouting drilling holes and grouting sealing drilling holes are reasonable and can effectively suppress the development of fire areas according to the high temperature area conditions in the goaf;The on-site drilling peeping measurement reveales that high concentration mud can accumulate near the roof of the roadway,indicating good fluidity and wide coverage range of yellow mud grouting;Based on the method of pipeline fans and pre embedded bundle pipes,gas monitoring and temperature monitoring are carried out on the real gas in the fire area and inside surrounding goaf.The gas temperature,CO concentration values,and its stable time all meet the requirements for fire disaster extinguishing,indicating that good fire extinguishing and leaking wind plugging effects are achieved on site.
