长水平孔超前水力压裂治理巷道顶板技术研究

摘  要:针对特厚煤层工作面回采期间伴随强矿压显现、巷道超前影响范围大、矿压剧烈、不易维护的问题,以同忻煤矿8311工作面2311巷为工程研究背景,采用长孔水力压裂原理,通过优化水力压裂参数制定了长孔水力压裂方案。结果表明:采取长水平孔超前水力压裂措施后,超前采动压力强度和范围明显降低,并且0~20^(#)支架处工作面支架阻力降低,悬顶能够及时垮落;改善了巷道围岩应力环境,有效降低了两侧采空区顶板岩层向工作面端头巷道传递应力的等级,巷道围岩变形降低60%以上;改善了工作面端头以及回采前方巷道应力结构,来压强度明显减弱,起到了调控巷道应力等级的目的,从而实现工作面安全高效回采。Aiming at the problems of strong mine pressure behavior,a large range of advanced influence on the roadway,severe mine pressure,and difficulty in maintenance during the stoping process of the extra thick coal seam working face,taking the 2311 roadway of the 8311 working face of Tongxin Coal Mine as the engineering research background,the principle of long hole hydraulic fracturing is adopted,and a long hole hydraulic fracturing scheme is formulated by optimizing the hydraulic fracturing parameters.The results show that after adopting the long horizontal hole hydraulic fracturing measure,the strength and range of advanced mining pressure are significantly reduced,the resistance of the support at the working face of the 0-20^(#)support is reduced,and the suspended roof can collapse in a timely manner.The stress environment of the roadway surrounding rock is improved,the level of stress transmission from the roof rock strata of the goaf on both sides to the end of the working face roadway is effectively reduced,and the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is reduced by more than 60%,the roadway stress structures at the end of the working face and in front of the stoping are improved,the strength of incoming pressure is obviously weakened,and the purpose of regulating the stress level of the roadway is achieved,thereby achieving safe and efficient stoping of the working face.
