摘 要:针对王村煤业使用的MG2×55/250-BW型采煤机因经常发生螺旋滚筒叶片磨损损耗而造成企业停产、生产成本居高不下等问题,采用三维建模分析与离散元数值模拟分析的方法对采煤机滚筒与叶片进行了模拟仿真分析,通过对叶片进行模拟,得出叶片所受的侧向力最小,截割阻力居中,牵引阻力最大,叶片受到的主要磨损为摩擦磨损,叶片齿根、外缘以及尾部位置磨损最为严重。通过对叶片磨损因素分析,得出采煤机滚筒转速的影响程度大于坚固系数,大于采煤机牵引速度,大于滚筒叶片螺旋升角。通过对采煤机工作性能多目标优化分析,得出煤机最优参数牵引速度为4.23 m/min,坚固性系数为3.5,滚筒转速为80.65 r/min,螺旋升角为11.56°。依据不同的煤层夹矸进行了采煤机自适应截割控制系统设计,运用该系统王村煤业装煤率上升了1.8%,螺旋叶片因磨损更换的数量下降了15.7%,年产值上升1380万元,符合相关优化分析要求。In view of the frequent abrasion and attrition of the spiral drum blades of the MG2×55/250-BW type coal mining machine used by Wangcun Coal Industry,which leads to the enterprise production shutdown,high production costs and other problems,methods of 3D modeling analysis and discrete element numerical simulation analysis are used to simulate and analyze the drum and blades of the coal mining machine.Through simulation of the blades,it is found that the lateral force on the blades is the smallest,the cutting resistance is in the middle,and the traction resistance is the largest.The main wear on the blades is friction wear,and the root,outer edge,and tail positions of the blades are the most severely worn.Through the analysis of blade wear factors,it is found that the influence degree of the rotational speed of the coal mining machine drum is greater than the sturdiness coefficient,greater than the traction speed of the coal mining machine,and greater than the spiral rising angle of the drum blades.Through multi-objective optimization analysis of the working performance of the coal mining machine,the optimal parameters of the coal mining machine are determined to be a traction speed of 4.23 m/min,a sturdiness coefficient of 3.5,a drum rotational speed of 80.65 r/min,and a spiral rising angle of 11.56°.A self-adaptive cutting control system for coal mining machine is designed according to different coal seam gangue entrapments.Using this system,the coal loading rate of Wangcun Coal Industry increases by 1.8%,the number of replaced spiral blades due to wear decreases by 15.7%,and the annual output value increases by 13.8 million yuan,which meets the requirements of relevant optimization analysis.
