摘  要:永安煤矿通风系统反风操作时立风井防爆盖采用传统人工操作压板式反风锁紧装置,在无准备情况下10 min内无法完成防爆盖的压紧和风机反转操作,存在严重安全隐患。针对该问题提出一种基于液压驱动和自动化控制的防爆盖自动控制锁紧装置,主要由液压驱动的防爆盖反风锁紧装置和自动控制系统组成。通过改进防爆盖的锁紧机制,实现快速、可靠的反风操作。结果表明:该防爆盖自动控制锁紧装置可远程控制实施防爆盖的压紧和风机反风操作,反风操作时间均在10 min内,符合安全规范,能够降低劳动强度,减少人工操作带来的安全风险,未发生因防爆盖压紧问题导致的通风安全事故,经济社会效益显著。During the anti wind operation of the ventilation system in Yong'an Coal Mine,the explosion-proof cover of the vertical air shaft adopts a traditional manually operated pressure plate type anti wind locking device.Without preparation,the compression of the explosion-proof cover and the reverse operation of the fan cannot be completed within 10 minutes,which poses serious safety hazards.A hydraulic driven and automated control based explosion-proof cover automatic control locking device is proposed to address this issue.It mainly consists of a hydraulic driven explosion-proof cover anti wind locking device and an automatic control system.By improving the locking mechanism of the explosion-proof cover,fast and reliable anti wind operation can be achieved.The results show that the automatic control locking device of the explosion-proof cover can remotely control the compression of the explosion-proof cover and the anti wind operation of the fan.The anti wind operation time is within 10 minutes,which meets safety regulations,can reduce labor intensity,reduce safety risks caused by manual operation,and there have been no ventilation safety accidents caused by the compression problem of the explosion-proof cover.The economic and social benefits are significant.
