摘 要:为增强对微耕机产品族的产品基因的认知,提高用户对微耕机产品设计的满意度,提出了一种基于AHP和SPSS的微耕机产品族基因分析方法。首先对微耕机产品族样本进行基因提取,然后运用层次分析法(AHP)构造样本基因的比较矩阵与判断矩阵并进行一致性检验,最后采用SPSS数据分析对得出的权重与用户对样本的打分后计算的最终分值进行显著性检验。研究结果表明:此方法可以有效地对微耕机产品族特征基因进行分析,为微耕机产品设计优化提供了一种新的分析方法。In order to enhance the cognition of the product genes of the mini-tiller product family and improve the satisfaction of users to the product design of the mini-tiller,a method of gene analysis of the mini-tiller product family was proposed based on AHP and SPSS.The method firstly extracted the genes of the mini-tiller product family samples,and then constructed the comparison matrix and judgment matrix of the sample genes using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and carried out the consistency test.Finally,SPSS was used for data analysis,and the significance test was conducted between the weight obtained and the final score calculated after the user scored the sample.The results show that this method can effectively analyze the characteristic genes of mini-tiller product family,and provides a new analysis method for the optimization of mini-tiller product design.
