摘 要:为解决马铃薯收获过程中明薯率低、损伤率高、工作阻力大等问题,设计了一种振动式马铃薯收获机,可一次性完成马铃薯挖掘、输送去土、薯块铺放等作业工序。根据山东地区马铃薯种植模式,确定了马铃薯挖掘装置铲刃倾角、铲面倾角以及输送倾角等结构参数,并结合EDEM仿真试验,建立了马铃薯-土壤-收获机离散元模型,系统分析了马铃薯收获过程动态过程。以入土角度、前进速度和输送倾角为试验因素,以明薯率和损伤率为试验指标进行优化分析,得到马铃薯收获机最佳工作参数,即入土角度为20°,前进速度为0.4m/s,输送倾角为20°时,明薯率为98.70%,损伤率为0.96%,有效提高了收获效率,可满足马铃薯收获基本要求。In order to solve the problems of low bright potato rate,high damage rate and high working resistance in potato harvesting process,this paper designs a vibrating potato harvester,which can complete potato digging,conveying and soil removal,potato block laying and other operation processes at one time.Combined with EDEM simulation tests,a potato-soil-harvester discrete element model was established and the dynamic process of potato harvesting was systematically analyzed.With soil entry angle,forward speed and conveying inclination angle as test factors,and bright potato rate and damage rate as test indexes for optimization analysis,the best working parameters of potato harvester are obtained:with soil entry angle of 20°,forward speed of 0.4m/s and conveying inclination angle of 20°,the bright potato rate is 98.70%and the damage rate is 0.96%,which effectively improves the potato harvesting efficiency and meets the basic requirements of potato Harvesting basic requirements.
