摘 要:以进一步提升小麦播种机的作业控制精度及综合播种效率为目标,选取电控单元为改进设计出发点,基于PLC与电气控制技术展开布局设计与应用探究。结合小麦播种所要达到的作业标准及其结构组成特点,建立用于实现精准智能控制的理论计算模型,并进行规范的PLC自动控制程序设计与电气组件配置,形成高质量的全闭环自动播种系统,展开PLC电气控制下的播种作业性能验证。试验结果表明:基于PLC技术的小麦播种机结构控制改进设计,可令播种控制准确率与播种合格率同步得到显著提升,重播率与漏播率分别可控制在5.26%与3.37%,整机播种作业试验效果良好,具有很强的实践推广性,可为类似播种农机智能化的发展提供借鉴与参考。With the goal of further improving the operation control accuracy and comprehensive seeding efficiency of the wheat seeder,the layout design and application research were carried out based on PLC and electrical control technology,with the electronic control unit selected as the starting point for improvement design.Combined with the operation standard and structural composition characteristics of wheat seeder,a theoretical calculation model for achieving accurate and intelligent control was established,and standardized PLC automatic control program design and electrical component configuration were carried to form a high-quality full closed loop automatic sowing system.The performance verification of seeding working under PLC electrical control was carried out.The experiment showed that the improved design of structure control of wheat seeder based on PLC technology,The accuracy rate of seeding control and the qualified rate of seeding could be significantly improved simultaneously.The reseeding rate and the missed seeding rate could also be controlled at 5.26%and 3.37%respectively.The seeding operation test of the whole machine had a good effect,which would be a strong practical popularization,and would be conducive to the reference and reference of the intelligent development of similar seeding agricultural machinery.
