摘 要:拖拉机是农业生产中非常重要的工具之一,被广泛用于耕种、播种、收割、运输和其他农业活动中。但是,由于农业生产环境恶劣、工况复杂多变,农业拖拉机底盘结构在运行过程中会发生各类故障,进而影响拖拉机工作可靠性,降低农业生产效率。为了精确地识别拖拉机底盘系统早期故障,融合了改进后的平均相关子空间方法,提出了一种以系统响应信号为特征输入的模态识别算法,并采用多次平均后的相关函数信号作为模型输入,通过测定拖拉机底盘不同位置振动信号验证算法的可行性。Tractor is a very important tool in agricultural production,is widely used in ploughing,sowing,harvesting,transport and other agricultural activities.However,due to the harsh agricultural production environment and complex and changing working conditions,various types of faults can occur in the agricultural tractor chassis structure during operation,which in turn affects the reliability of tractor operation and reduces agricultural production efficiency.In order to accurately identify early faults in the tractor chassis system,this study incorporates an improved averaged correlation subspace method and proposes a modal identification algorithm with the system response signal as the feature input.The correlation function signal after multiple averaging is used as the model input,and the vibration signals from different locations of the tractor chassis are collected to verify the tractor chassis vibration fault diagnosis model proposed in this paper based on modal identification.
