摘  要:研究目的:基于精明收缩理论探寻宗地微观尺度乡村工业用地的精明收缩测度新思路与方法,结合苏南地区实证提出乡村工业用地精明收缩发展路径。研究方法:基于“问题—趋向—功能—维度”理论分析框架,构建苏南乡村工业用地精明收缩潜力指数测度体系,运用综合指数法和空间自相关法开展量化测度。研究结果:(1)精明收缩理论的发展内涵与苏南乡村工业空间的收缩发展状况相耦合,重点从经济集约、空间紧凑、环境高效和社会集聚4个维度构建乡村工业用地精明收缩潜力指数测度指标体系;(2)吴江区实证表明,乡村工业用地精明收缩潜力指数等级分异呈“哑铃型”结构,空间集聚特征存在显著正相关关系,空间分异明显,行业差异显著,且4个测度维度值也具有明显的空间与行业差异;(3)基于测度结果识别乡村工业用地精明收缩的关键问题,从用地差异化发展、空间规模化集聚、产业绿色化转型及全生命周期监管等方面提出乡村工业用地精明收缩的适应性策略与路径。研究结论:援引精明收缩理论构建的苏南乡村工业用地精明收缩潜力测度体系与精明收缩路径,可以为我国发达地区乡村工业用地优化转型和精细化乡村振兴政策制定提供理论参考。The purpose of this study is to apply the smart shrinkage theory to explore a new idea and method for measuring smart shrinkage of rural industrial land at the parcel-microscale,to put forward the smart shrinkage development path of rural industrial land combined with the empirical study in Southern Jiangsu region.The research methos area as follows.Based on the theoretical analysis framework of“problem-trend-function-dimension”,the research constructs a smart shrinkage potential index measurement system for rural industrial land in Southern Jiangsu region and uses the methods of the comprehensive index and spatial autocorrelation analysis to carry out quantitative measurement.The research results show that:1)the development connotation of smart shrinkage theory is coupled with the shrinking development situation of rural industrial space in Southern Jiangsu region,and establishes the index system for measuring smart shrinkage potential index of rural industrial land from the multi-dimensions of economic intensive,spatial compact,environmental efficiency and social agglomeration.2)The empirical evidence in Wujiang District shows that the connection-distribution of smart shrinkage potential index of rural industrial land presented a“dumbbell type”structure with two large ends and a small middle section,and there is a significant positive correlation between the spatial agglomeration characteristics,obvious spatial differentiation and significant industry differences.Moreover,spatial and industrial differences are prominent in the distribution of four measurement dimensions of the connection-distribution of smart shrinkage index.3)To identify the key problems concerning smart shrinkage of rural industrial land based on the measurement results,strategies and paths of improving rural industrial land smart shrinkage are proposed,including differentiated development of land,spatial scale agglomeration,industrial green transformation and the whole lifecycle supervision.In conclusion,using the smart shrinkage the
