曲马多联合利奈唑胺致5-羟色胺综合征1例分析

摘　　要：通过对1例使用曲马多联合利奈唑胺导致呕吐、腹泻、血压升高、代谢性酸中毒等5-羟色胺综合征症状的病例进行分析,探讨曲马多联合利奈唑胺导致5-羟色胺综合征的临床特点及临床药师对药源性疾病的鉴别及处置方法。单胺氧化酶抑制剂利奈唑胺与其他5-羟色胺能药物相互作用会增加发生5-羟色胺综合征的风险,应避免联合使用。临床药师、临床医生应警惕利奈唑胺与其他5-羟色胺能药物相互作用可导致5-羟色胺综合征,临床药师对存在药物相互作用不良反应风险的患者应提供更为密切的药学监护。A case of tramadol combined with linezolid caused vomiting,diarrhea,elevated blood pressure,metabolic acidosis and other symptoms of serotonin syndrome was analyzed.The clinical characteristics of serotonin syndrome caused by tramadol combined with linezolid and the identification and treatment of drug-induced diseases by clinical pharmacists were explored.Monoamine oxidase inhibitor Linezolid interacts with other serotonergic drugs to increase the risk of developing serotonin syndrome,and combination use should be avoided.Clinical pharmacists and clinicians should be wary of the interaction between linezolid and other serotonergic drugs that can lead to serotonin syndrome.Clinical pharmacists should provide closer pharmaceutical care for patients with the risk of adverse drug interactions.
