摘　　要：目的:分析高通量血液透析联合血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月广东省第二中医院收治的尿毒症患者80例作为观察对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采用高通量血液透析联合血液透析滤过治疗,对照组采用常规低通量血液透析联合血液透析滤过治疗。比较两组临床疗效、瘙痒程度评分、Barthel指数、生化指标、肾功能指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,两组瘙痒程度评分低于治疗前,Barthel指数高于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血磷、血钙、全段甲状旁腺激素水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血肌酐、尿酸水平低于治疗前,内生肌酐清除率水平高于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高通量血液透析联合血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症的效果较好,能够减轻皮肤瘙痒症状,提高生活质量及肾功能,改善生化指标水平。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of high throughput hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis filtration in the treatment of uremia.Methods:A total of eighty uremia patients admitted to Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The observation group was treated with high throughput hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis filtration,and the control group was treated with conventional low throughput hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis filtration.The clinical efficacy,itch degree score,Barthel index,biochemical index and renal function index were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);after treatment,the itch degree score of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the Barthel index was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of blood phosphorus,blood calcium and parathyroid hormone of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum creatinine and uric acid levels were lower than before treatment,and the endogenous creatinine clearance levels were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:High throughput hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis filtration has a good effect in the treatment of uremia,which can alleviate itching symptoms,improve quality of life and renal function,and improve the level of biochemical indicators.
