摘 要:目的:对比间隙与持续蓝光照射治疗新生儿高未结合胆红素血症的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月铜仁西南妇女儿童医院收治的新生儿高未结合胆红素血症患儿72例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采用持续蓝光照射治疗,观察组采用间隙蓝光照射治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、血清胆红素水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。治疗前,两组结合胆红素、未结合胆红素、总胆红素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组结合胆红素、未结合胆红素、总胆红素水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041)。结论:间隙蓝光照射治疗新生儿高未结合胆红素血症的临床效果较好,可降低血清胆红素水平及不良反应发生率。Objective:To compare the effect of interstitial and continuous blue light irradiation on neonatal hyperunbound bilirubinemia.Methods:A total of seventy-two neonates with high unbound bilirubinemia admitted to Tongren Southwest Women's and Children's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty-six cases in each group.The control group was treated with continuous blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with interstice blue light irradiation.The effective rate,the level of serum bilirubin and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of combined bilirubin,uncombined bilirubin and total bilirubin between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of combined bilirubin,uncombined bilirubin and total bilirubin in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041).Conclusion:The clinical effect of interstitial blue light irradiation on neonatal hyperunbound bilirubinemia is good,which can reduce the level of serum bilirubin and the incidence of adverse reactions.
