摘　　要：目的:分析骶管注射联合针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月铜仁市碧江区正光社区卫生服务中心收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者74例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组,各37例。参照组采用针炙推拿治疗,试验组在参照组基础上采用骶管注射治疗。比较两组日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组JOA、ODI、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组JOA、ODI、VAS评分低于治疗前,试验组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骶管注射联合针灸推拿治疗可改善腰椎间盘突出症的腰椎症状,提高腰椎功能,缓解疼痛,安全性较好。Objective:To analyze the effect of sacral injection combined with acupuncture moxibustion and massage in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:Seventy-four patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to Tongren Bijiang District Zhengguang Community Health Service Center from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,each with thirty-seven cases,by using the random number table method.The reference group was treated with acupuncture moxibustion and massage,and the experimental group was treated with sacral injection on the basis of the reference group.The Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)scores,Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)scores,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,the JOA,ODI,and VAS scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the JOA,ODI,and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sacral injection combined with acupuncture moxibustion and massage treatment can improve the lumbar spine symptoms of lumbar disc herniation,improve the function of lumbar spine,relieve pain,and have better safety.
