摘　　要：目的:观察手法复位外固定术联合桃红四物汤加减治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月郴州市中医医院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者84例为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为试验组和对照组,各42例。对照组实施手法复位外固定术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合桃红四物汤加减治疗。比较两组恢复情况、中医证候积分、腕关节功能、患肢活动功能、治疗效果。结果:观察组肿胀缓解时间、疼痛缓解时间及骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组疼痛、瘀斑、肿胀、便秘评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组腕关节功能评分低于治疗前,前臂旋前幅度、前臂旋后幅度、握力高于治疗前,观察组腕关节功能评分低于对照组,前臂旋前幅度、前臂旋后幅度、握力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:手法复位外固定术联合桃红四物汤加减治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果较好,有助于改善患者的临床症状,缩短骨折愈合时间,恢复肢体功能。Objective:To observe the effect of manual reduction external fixation combined with modified Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods:A total of eighty-four patients with distal radius fracture admitted to Chenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number method,with forty-two cases in each group.The control group was treated with manual reduction external fixation,and the observation group was treated with modified Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The recovery,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,wrist joint function,affected limb function and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Swelling relief time,pain relief time and fracture healing time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of pain,ecchymosis,swelling and constipation in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);after treatment,the wrist function score of the two groups was lower than before treatment,the forearm pronation amplitude,forearm pronation amplitude and grip strength were higher than before treatment,the wrist function score of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the forearm pronation amplitude,forearm pronation amplitude and grip strength were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:The effect of manual reduction external fixation combined with modified Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of distal radius fracture is good,which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms
