摘　　要：目的:分析针对性护理在神经外科重症监护患者肺部感染预防中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的神经外科重症监护患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理。比较两组肺部感染发生率、护理质量评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组肺部感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);观察组患者管理、健康教育、专业度、工作态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:针对性护理可预防神经外科重症监护室患者肺部感染,提高护理质量及护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in the prevention of pulmonary infection in neurosurgical intensive care patients.Methods:A total of one hundred neurosurgical intensive care patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with fifty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing.The incidence of pulmonary infection,nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of pulmonary infection in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);the scores of management,health education,professionalism and work attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Conclusion:Targeted nursing can prevent pulmonary infection of patients in neurosurgical intensive care unit,improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
