摘　　要：医院中药制剂通常源自名老中医的协定处方、科研课题用药或临床专科协定制剂,满足了医药商业市场的需求。医院制剂质量直接关系到医疗质量和患者的生命安全。医院制剂必须坚持“质量第一”的原则,从采购到使用的每一个环节都要进行严格控制。该文探讨影响医院中药制剂质量的因素、生产存在的问题以及有效控制方法,以确保医院用药的安全性和有效性。Traditional Chinese medicine preparations in hospitals are usually derived from the agreement prescriptions of famous old Chinese medicine,drugs used in scientific research projects or clinical specialty agreement preparations,which meet the needs of the pharmaceutical commercial market.The quality of hospital preparation is directly related to the quality of medical treatment and the life safety of patients.Hospital preparations must adhere to the principle of"quality first",and every link from procurement to use must be strictly controlled.This paper discussed the factors affecting the quality of Chinese medicine prepara⁃tions in hospitals,the problems in production and the effective control methods to ensure the safety and effectiveness of hospital medicine.
